• What products does KrakaCoal export?

  PT. Kraka Coal Indonesia produces premium Indonesian coconut shell charcoal briquettes for shisha and hookah, coconut charcoal for BBQ and grilling, and natural hardwood lump charcoal. Briquettes are available in cube, hexagonal, finger and custom shapes.

• Where is KrakaCoal located?

  We are based in Central Java, Indonesia, and export to importers, distributors and private-label brands worldwide.

• What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?

  The minimum order is one full container load (FCL). As a guide, a 20-foot FCL holds about 18.5 tons and a 40-foot FCL about 25.5 tons, without pallets. Mixed grades or sizes can be combined within a single container.

• What grades of coconut charcoal are available?

  Four export grades: Super Premium Shisha, Premium Shisha, Medium Shisha and Premium BBQ. Grades are sorted by ash content, burn time and caloric value, and every lot is independently lab-verified.

• What shapes and sizes can you produce?

  Cube (20 to 31 mm), hexagonal (22x50 up to 32x50 mm), and finger or stick (18x48 to 22x50 mm), plus flat, dome, cylindrical, rectangular, pill and cloud/lotus shapes. Custom shapes and sizes are produced on request.

• Do you offer private label and OEM packaging?

  Yes. We offer full private-label and OEM production: your brand, artwork and retail box, produced end to end. Options range from retail inner boxes (200 gr to 2 kg and plastic pouches) inside export master cartons (10 kg up to 30 kg).

• How is the charcoal packaged for shipping?

  Retail inner boxes are packed inside export master cartons. Every packaging type is wrapped in protective plastic, both the bulk direct master box and the inner box. Cartons are stacked and strapped for secure container loading.

• What certifications and documents do you provide?

  Each shipment includes laboratory test results for fixed carbon, ash, moisture and calorific value, a Material Safety Data Sheet (MSDS), and a certificate of analysis. We pack and document for destination requirements, including Gulf (SABER and ESMA), EU (EUDR) and HALAL.

• Can I request product samples?

  Yes. Share your target grade and destination country and we will arrange samples together with your quotation.

• How do I get a price quote?

  Send your grade, volume and destination through our quotation form. We respond with a quotation, spec sheet and samples, typically within one business day. Prices are not published publicly because they depend on grade, volume, packaging and destination.

• What are your production and shipping lead times?

  For a first order with the box design ready, plan on about 25 to 30 days in total. Charcoal production takes roughly 10 days for a 20-foot container and 14 days for a 40-foot container, inner and master box printing takes 2 to 3 weeks, and packing takes 3 to 6 days. We confirm exact timing on your quotation.
